Vraag:
Hoe stempel ik een voettekst / disclaimer op e-mailberichten die mijn netwerk verlaten voor een specifieke groep gebruikers?
Veel organisaties willen een voettekst plaatsen op uitgaande berichten vanuit hun e-mailsysteem. Dit gebeurt meestal om juridische redenen, zoals het toevoegen van een disclaimer aan het bericht of het waarschuwen van de ontvanger dat het bericht beschermde communicatie bevat. In AsyncOS heet dit "voettekst stempelen".
Voetvoetstempelen is een vrij onnauwkeurige kunst en is meestal alleen nuttig voor uitgaande post. Dit komt doordat veel berichten een complexe structuur hebben, zoals HTML- of Microsoft Word-lichaamsdelen en het toevoegen van een voettekst aan die lichaamsdelen mogelijk niet mogelijk is. Er zijn twee stappen om voettekst stempelen. Eerst wordt de voettekst aangemaakt. Vervolgens wordt de voettekst op drie manieren aan het bericht toegevoegd.
- Maak eerst de voettekst. In de GUI navigeer naar Mail-beleid -> Tekstbronnen en klik vervolgens op Tekstbron toevoegen
- Maak een Uitgaand Content Filter dat geen Voorwaarden heeft (dus het zal worden toegepast op alle berichten in het Mail Beleid) en heeft de actie 'Add Footer' met de voettekst die u hebt gemaakt
- Schakel uw voettekst stempelen filter in het beleid in.
Tip: hoewel voettekst kan worden gestempeld op de luisteraar, of met een Berichtfilter of contentfilter, is de eenvoudigste manier om dit te doen voor een specifieke groep gebruikers als een contentfilter.
U kunt ook een voettekst aan berichten toevoegen met behulp van een berichtfilter:

U kunt ook voettekst toevoegen aan alle berichten die op een bepaalde luisteraar worden ontvangen. Voorbeeld:
