Inleiding
Dit document beschrijft een specifiek gebruiksgeval waarin het toegangspunt tijdens het proces voor het aansluiten van de controller vastzit aan een codeupgrade.

Vereisten
Cisco raadt kennis van de volgende onderwerpen aan:
- Basiskennis van Cisco WLC 9800
- Basiskennis van Cisco Wave2 en/of 11AX AP’s
- Goed understatement voor de AP voegen proces samen met Catalyst 9800 WLC.

Use case
Dit document bespreekt een specifieke gebruikscase waarin het access point zijn ontdekking voltooit en zich bij de fase aansluit maar vastzit in de fase van de beeldgegevenscontrole. Dit probleem is het gevolg van een upgrade van de code tussen de draadloze LAN-controller en het access point, wat resulteert in een foutmelding met de melding "Geen ruimte meer op het apparaat".

C. Na voltooiing van het proces van samenvoegen gaat het access point de fase van beeldgegevens in. Tijdens deze fase kunt u een beeldoverdracht waarnemen van de controller naar het toegangspunt, die mislukt, vergezeld van de foutmelding "Geen ruimte over op het apparaat."

Oplossing
Er zijn meerdere oplossingen voor dit probleem:
Optie 1. Eerst moet u upgraden naar een tussenbeeld met de oplossing voordat u naar 17.7+. 1 gaat. Upgrade naar 17.3.5 2. Ga verder met upgraden naar 17.7+.
Optie 2. Handmatige DE Workaround: mount -o remount, size=100M /tmp/ Dit vereist dev-toegang.
Beide opties werken en u hebt mogelijk hulp nodig bij TAC tijdens het werken met optie 2.
