启用SIP HB且HB超时设置过大时，会导致此情况。当思科统一SIP代理(CUSP)或SIP网关通过不可靠的广域网时，这种情况很常见。

解决方案

修改此密钥，最好是HBNumTries，以适应WAN性能。
