當啟用SIP HB且HB超時設定過於激進時，會導致此情況。當Cisco Unified SIP Proxy(CUSP)或SIP網關穿過不可靠的WAN時，這種情況很常見。

解決方案

修改此鍵(最好是HBNumTries)以適應WAN效能。
