A: Cisco Expo 2008 takes place on November 5 and 6, 2008.

Q: What is the venue of Cisco Expo 2008?
A: Cisco Expo 2008 takes place at the Radisson SAS Hotel Bucharest, in the conference center on the first floor.

Q: What is the conference language?
A: Presentations will be held in English, except for those delivered by Romanian speakers. Simultaneous translation is not provided.

Q: Can I receive a copy of the presentations?
A: Shortly after the event, all participants will receive a copy of the presentations delivered at Cisco Expo 2008.

Q: How can I register for Cisco Expo 2008?
A: You can register online on this site to participate in Cisco Expo 2008.

Q: What is the participation fee?
A: The participation fee is 250 RON (VAT included) per person. The fee must be paid within 5 days after online registration is completed. Your registration is validated only after the fee is paid.

Q: How can I check whether the payment was received?

Q: What does the participation fee cover?
A: The participation fee covers:

• Participation in the keynote sessions and breakout sessions
• Access to the Cisco Expo 2008 exhibition area
• The full Cisco Expo 2008 info pack
• Access to Cisco Expo 2008 presentations following the event

Within the event, Cisco Romania covers lunches and coffee breaks.
Accommodation arrangements are not included.

Q: What is the payment method?
A: Payments will be made to BDR Associates Communication Group SRL, the event agency.

Q: Can someone else attend in my place?
A: If registration was completed but you can no longer come to the event, a colleague can replace you. In this case, please access the Registration page, log in and change the registration information to reflect the new name. Changes can be operated only until October 27, 2008. Q: How can I choose my agenda?
A: During online registration you will be asked to opt for one of the parallel breakout sessions. Depending on your interest, please choose the sessions you wish to attend. After registration you will receive an email with your conference program, which you can print out and bring to the event with you.

Q: How can I exchange a session for another one?
A: If you wish to change the conference program you chose during registration, please go to the Registration page, log in and make your desired changes. Changes are possible in the limit of free seats for each session, and only if completed by October 27, 2008.
