This page allows you to turn on the system security features.
Settings
User Manager
Select User Manager: Enabled to restrict
the use of the management system to users in the user list. Select
User Manager: Disabled to turn off system
security.
Note You must define a full administrator user -- a user
with write, identity, and firmware capabilities -- before you can
enable the user manager.
Allow Read-Only Browsing Without Login?
Select yes to allow any user to view the basic screens.
Select no to restrict access to all of the screens to only
the users in the user list.
Protect Legal Credit Page?
Select yes to restrict access to the Legal Credits page
to users in the user list. Select no to allow any user to
view the Legal Credits page.

After entering new values for settings, click Apply
to activate the new settings. The browser remains on this page.

OK

This button both applies the new settings and moves the
browser back to the Security
Setup page.

Cancel
|
This button cancels all changes to the settings, returns
the settings to the previously stored values, and redirects
the user back to the Security
Setup page.

Restore Defaults
|
Click to change all settings on this page back to the factory
default settings.
