Authorized Resellers for this Contract

The following Cisco partners 1) currently qualify under Cisco's established partner selection criteria for the above-referenced Cisco Prime Contract, and 2) have been authorized by the State to participate as Cisco Subcontractors under that agreement:

Eligible Users: KY DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, KY’s Public School Districts, the KY School of the Blind (KSB), and the KY School for the Deaf (KSD)

Scope of Offerings: Cisco Network Products and Services. See Discount table.

Shipping and Delivery Information: Shipping terms are set forth in the Contract Section 50.6(G), 60.7(C) of the Solicitation RFP 758 2100000145 and ATTACHMENT I COMMONWEALTH LEASE AGREEMENT.

Limited Partner Professional Services: Reseller is permitted to perform the limited Partner Professional Services set forth below in accordance with Section 4.A(4) of the USPSS Agreement : Certified and Technical Project Management, Staging and Implementation Engineering (Installation), Site Survey, High Level Design Review, Global Implementation Capability, Configuration Development, Knowledge Transfer, Acceptance Testing

Leasing: Leasing is allowed under contract per Section 50.6(F). Leasing agreements shall meet all legal requirements for the Commonwealth and KDE. See ATTACHMENT I COMMONWEALTH LEASE AGREEMENT and link below for guidelines and regulations regarding leases: https://education.ky.gov/districts/tech/kpur/Pages/Leases.aspx

Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Cisco") requires Purchase Orders to be processed through our Authorized Resellers. Customers (Authorized Purchasers) may select any of the Authorized Resellers.

Purchase Order Instructions

• Select one of the Authorized Resellers.
• Issue the Purchase Order directly to the selected Authorized Reseller.
• Reference the KETS Network - MA 758 2100000651 on your Purchase Order.
• Include the following contact info: Your customer name and phone number, "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses.

Authorized Resellers will directly ship the orders placed to the identified ""Ship To"" address(es). Customers will then be invoiced directly by the Authorized Resellers. 

Warranty Terms

Cisco’s standard warranty is provided under the Prime Contract in accordance with Section 50.6(G).

Repair or Replacement of Products

Please directly contact the Authorized Reseller who processed your original Purchase Order for the Cisco Products. Subject to the Cisco warranty terms, the Authorized Reseller will work with you and Cisco on the matter.

Blanket POs are not allowed under the contract.

Additional or conflicting PO terms are not allowed under contract.
