    Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) Cloud is a SaaS offering enabling customer success throughout the journey to onboard, optimize, and adopt new technologies across all architectures. It is a one-stop experience for all Cisco products and available architectures providing access to strategic expert advice on detailed design, validation, and industry-specific solutions. Customers with Cisco Success Tracks subscriptions get access to the Collaborative Intelligence Platform with the latest resources for network engineers and architects.

    CX Cloud offers tools that deliver proactive and predictive insights and helps customers recognize potential problems, optimize operations, and accelerate technology adoption/transitions.

    These release notes outline the functional and technical changes implemented for each release.

    • No monthly releases for November 2022 and December 2022.
    • Output for the Release Notes moved from PDF to HTML starting with the September 2021 release.
