GIR Enhancement |
Starting with Cisco NX-OS Release 7.3(0)N1(1), the default mode for GIR is “isolate”. Provides support for Unplanned Maintenance, Maintenance Mode timer, Supress FIB Pending, Adding Show commands to snapshots and dumping snapshot sections. You can use GIR to perform maintenance and software upgrade of the switches and the connected FEXs. A FEX group is added to optimize the procedure to bring up or take down the FEX. |

Isolate and Maintenance Mode Enhancement |
