Note Combinations of power levels and antennas resulting in a radiated power level above 100 mW equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) are considered as not compliant with the above mentioned directive and are not allowed for use within the European community and other countries that have adopted the European R&TTE directive 1999/5/EC or the CEPT recommendation Rec 70.03 or both. Declaration of Conformity for RF Exposure
The radio module has been evaluated under FCC Bulletin OET 65C and found compliant to the requirements as set forth in CFR 47 Sections 2.1091, 2.1093, and 15.247 (b) (4) addressing RF Exposure from radio frequency devices.

This section provides guidelines for avoiding interference when operating Cisco Aironet Wireless LAN Client Adapters in Japan. These guidelines are provided in both Japanese and English.
