Sample VNF Rack and VNF Descriptor Configuration File

As described in Configure the VNF Rack and the VNF Descriptors, VNF rack configuration parameters are contained in the VIM Artifact Descriptor (VIM-ArtifactD) while VNF configuration parameters are contained in the VNF descriptor (VNFD).
