What's New in this Release
There are no new features in this release of Cisco Spaces.
The documentation set for this product strives to use bias-free language. For the purposes of this documentation set, bias-free is defined as language that does not imply discrimination based on age, disability, gender, racial identity, ethnic identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and intersectionality. Exceptions may be present in the documentation due to language that is hardcoded in the user interfaces of the product software, language used based on RFP documentation, or language that is used by a referenced third-party product. There are no new features in this release of Cisco Spaces.
This release includes performance improvements to the Cisco Spaces application. The backend performance of the application is optimized to improve the data-processing pipeline and reduce system overheads.
The following enhancements are made in the Cisco Spaces dashboard:
IoT Explorer
The IoT Explorer app is now enhanced with the ability to report the X and Y coordinates from AP sensor devices.
By default Location Service is enabled when a new Cisco Spaces: Connector 3 instance is added.
