The following new features are introduced in Cisco Spaces:

Cisco Spaces License Package Update

The Cisco Spaces License package is enhanced to support the new license: SMART_OPERATIONS_BASE, along with the existing licenses SEE, ACT, EXTEND, SMART_OPERATIONS, SMART VENUES and UNLIMITED.

The SMART_OPERATIONS_BASE license functions in a similar manner to the current SMART_OPERATIONS license, excluding some entitlements and the following apps:

• IoT Explorer,

• Asset Locator, and

• IoT Services.

Cisco Meraki Integration Workflow

The feature enables you to onboard Cisco Spaces through the Cisco Meraki Dashboard. The new seamless integration flow eliminates the need for multiple manual steps in establishing a mapping between the Cisco Meraki Dashboard and Cisco Spaces. This eliminates the need to manually copy and paste the API key and post URLs from one platform to the other. With the new integration, you can easily initiate the integration from the Meraki dashboard with just a few clicks.

Cisco Spaces: Connector 3 Service Manager Release 3.1.4.11

The following new release is introduced in Cisco Spaces:

• Added a new common CLI to manage SSHD service algorithms

• Addressed the Service download latency issue

The following enhancement is made in the Cisco Spaces dashboard:

As part of the enhancement to Mapservice, you can now import or synchronize multiple campuses with the same name under different sites into Cisco Spaces Location Hierarchy from Cisco Catalyst Center. This enhancement also supports the ability to move campuses between sites within Cisco Catalyst Center and allows to seamlessly import and synchronize these changes into the Cisco Spaces Location Hierarchy.
